Here you will find lesson plans and info about scheduling a visit or borrowing a class kit to provide hands-on programs for your class! Each of our programs are aligned to meet or exceed Georgia Standards of Excellence and all of the materials and visits are free.

Schedule a School Visit
Let us come to you and teach! Our trained experts will visit your class and take over for the lesson. Groups must be located within Whitfield County and have no more than 35 per class. Larger groups can be accommodated through sectioned times. These lessons are made possible through a partnership with the Dalton-Whitfield Solid Waste Authority and the Whitfield County 4-H.
Rent out a classroom kit!
Teach the lesson yourself with our provided supplies! Your kit will come with all you need to teach the lesson to your classroom without you having to break the bank.

Class kits must be reserved at least one week in advance and be returned within one week of the instruction date.
